Training
A new computer can be intimidating. A lot of people compliment me on my skills with computers, and I just explain to them my theory on that.

Home Training
Whether you need to learn how to use a computer and never have before, or if you have an understanding of how to use a computer but need to learn a software application, or if you are well-skilled with computers but are about to learn a new operating system, I can help you learn.

Business or School Training
Coordinating an office of employees so that they understand the steps needed to run a common piece of software can be a daunting task, especially if you don't know the software yourself!

I've trained offices of employees as well as classrooms or young people as well as teachers in schools.  Let me know who you need taught and what they need to learn, and I'll let you know what we can do.

This depends on the application. If you want to learn the basics of running Windows and never have before, I'd recommend a two hour start.  If you don't absorb it all or feel you need more, we can always get together for regular sessions as you get better and better at it.

If you're learning a piece of software I'm intimately familiar with, a good solid hour of instruction should give you all the necessary skills you need to do all the basics with the piece of software.

If the software is new to both of us, give me a 10-minute head start and the rest of the hour will be enough to teach you all the basics. As I've mentioned, if I don't solve the problem or do the job I set out to do, you don't owe me a dime.
