Info

Although recorded live in 1993 in the United States, this was an import from Germany--as is evidenced by the spelling of the word "objects" as a Germanized "objekts" on "Objects in the Rearview Mirror May Appear Closer Than They Are" on the back cover. Actually, this seems to have been shoddily assembled (although I don't own it yet, so can't comment too specifically). Note the mistaken opening left parenthesis on Track #2, and the failure to even complete the title on "Objects" by truncating "They Are" from the end.

INTERESTING TRIVIA: The cover art for this 1993 release was seen in 1992, when TSR released their revised 4th Edition rules for their post-nuclear war holocaust science fantasy role-playing game Gamma World. For interested parties, you'll find it on page 38 in Chapter 3, "Mutations." I couldn't find the artist's signature, but all interior color illos were done by Clyde Caldwell, Jeff Easley, Larry Elmore, and Keith Parkinson. However, several other color pics in this rules book are ones I recognize from published TSR Gamma World adventure modules from several years earlier, so it's possible the pic saw earlier printing than the 4th Edition GW rules. In any event, it was elsewhere before Meat had it. Good choice, though!
