This is an instrumental. First, let me say that it is very well done, a masterful musical piece. If you listen, you can hear many (maybe all) of the songs on BOOH2 represented by excerpts... sort of an instrumental medley. They're not necessarily obvious, though; you have to listen to the synthesized music to hear them.

That being said, I was amazingly disappointed by this. The original Bat Out of Hell was titled off its leadoff track, and the song "Bat Out of Hell" is a tour de force of out of control instrumentation and mind-blowing lyrics. When I heard BOOH2 was coming out, and was subtitled "Back Into Hell," I suppose I geared my mind up to get ready for another song of the same caliber... didn't have to be a motorcycle-related song, although I expected it; just something along the same astounding lines.

It wasn't. The album was great, this instrumental was great, but I always felt robbed of a masterpiece that never was. I wonder what a lyrical "Back Into Hell" might have been like?
