The Ceremony

We're still working out the outline of our ceremony, but here's the plan so far.

Location: The ceremony will be held outside in the Ramada Inn's Courtyard, weather permitting. Otherwise, we'll hold it in the ballroom.

Children: We ask that young children not not attend the ceremony or reception. Read here for more information.

Order of Events:

• Processional
• Wedding party enters
  • Music: Pachabel's Canon in D Minor (MIDI file)
• Bride enters
  • Music: Wagner's "Here Comes the Bride" (MIDI file)
• Opening Words
• Vows: Personally written
• Exchange of Rings
• Pronouncement of Marriage
• Closing Words
• Recessional
  • Music: Mendelssohn's Wedding March (MIDI file)

After the ceremony, the guests will move to the ballroom (unless the wedding is indoors, in which case they're already there). The bride and groom, with the wedding party, will then do their wedding pictures. Then it's on to the reception!
